Nikita finds opportunities to improve efficiency and operational excellence for the BE.Center team. Most recently she was the Program and Operations Manager at Climate Analytics where she worked on strategy development, operations policies, compliance, recruiting, budgeting and more. She has also worn accounting and web design hats in previous roles.
She holds a master’s degree in Marine Science and Management from the University of Sydney and a B.S. in Ecology and Evolution from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
When she’s not working towards a new physical strength goal, Nikita can be found combing through food blogs and trying new recipes. A behavior change she’s passionate about is getting at least 30 min of outside movement a day.
