Claudia is passionate about people, nature, art, and exploration. She leads the Fish Forever’s Program Global Hub for Collaboration and Learning, a multi-disciplinary team that strives to make program implementation consistent, clear, and fun across all countries where it operates.
In the past 20 years she has worked with teams in nine countries throughout Latin America, Mozambique, Indonesia, and the Philippines, using her Environmental Engineering and Management degrees to garner extensive experience in community-led projects, adult learning, human-centered design, and behavior change for natural resource management and conservation.
When not creating massive virtual mind maps, Claudia enjoys diving, long walks, getting some paint on her hands and swinging in a hammock with a good book.
