Outside of work, Ana enjoys studying Ayurveda, practicing yoga, hiking in the páramos, and reading. She is deeply interested in the interconnections between ecological and human well-being and seeks to integrate her community and environmental work with her Ayurveda studies in support of holistic approaches to territorial and human health.
